Who I walk with

The story that lead me to become an end-of-life doula has had many different chapters along the way. I started my professional life as a Physical Therapist, next becoming a Massage Therapist and then  receiving my Reiki I, II and III certifications.

After a beautiful Reiki experience with an Aunt during the final days of her transition, I immediately knew that all of those previous experiences were leading me to this work all along. Last year, I completed my training and received my certification as an end-of-life doula.

I have spent time as a stay-at-home Mother and have been an avid quilter for decades.
I am passionate about legacy work and am committed to creating a sacred space where you are empowered to use your voice and have choice in shaping the final chapter of your story.

To provide holistic care to individuals and their loved ones through the end of life process with gentle guidance, empowerment, education and personalized care; fostering peace, clarity and connection during life's final transition.

I believe end of life care should be grounded in compassion, dignity, and informed choice. My approach centers around presence over fixing, listening over directing,  and honoring each person's values, culture, and beliefs.

Guided Transitions Supports:

  • Individuals facing terminal or life-limiting illness

  • Loved ones and caregivers seeking support and guidance
